The Elmer GmbH is a family-run business in the 4th generation. All in all, 50 employees are working for the Elmer GmbH. The management is shared equally with 50% by Mr. Ing. Thomas Elmer and Mr. DI Dr. Hannes Elmer.
As a medium size enterprise, situated in Lower Austria’s Ober-Grafendorf, we pride ourselves with 70 years experience in high-precision techniques and are world leader in the field of spinnerets production.
The fine mechanical parts are used for producing synthetic and viscose fibers. Through continuing development in this special field, we acquired a lot of know-how which enables us to realize projects with special requirements.
Additionally, a main part of our business is producing spray nozzles. These have a wide variety of application. The major characteristics of this product is its robustness and long durability while the quality of functioning stays the same. Therefore, our products can be clearly differentiated from competitors’ products.
We are producing all fine-mechanical and high-precision parts “in-house” which has the advantage that we can offer our customers a high flexibility. Our team consists of various specialized departments (electrical engineering, machine engineering, automation engineering, metalworking, mechanics). Due to our versatility, we are able to put ideas into practice, improve processes and products and help to solve problems!

Another mainstay of our business is the development of self-service vending machines for farmers’ products which we have started a few years ago.
The digitalized vending machines are on the latest state of the art. Our software facilitates not only the usage for the customer but also the control for the operator.
Our main goal is to foster and simplify the sale of regional products and to enable direct marketers a fair share of the price for their products.
